How it works

Ordering is now easier: no calls or messages needed. Here's everything in a few quick steps.

1. Order online

  1. 1Open the menu and tap any burger, chef's pick or special.
  2. 2Choose your add-ons and sauces, then tap Add to order.
  3. 3Enter your name and phone. Pick Pickup or Delivery (add your address).
  4. 4Tap Place order. Your order goes straight to our kitchen and you get an order number.

Delivery orders by 10:00 AM, delivered 12:00–2:00 PM. Pickup any time we're open. Cash only.

2. Track it live

  1. 1After ordering, tap Track my order.
  2. 2Watch it move: Order received → Confirmed → Being prepared → Ready.
  3. 3The page updates by itself, so there's no need to call and ask.

Tip: save the tracking page so you can open it again later.

3. Get our app on your home screen

iPhone

  1. 1Open our website in Safari.
  2. 2Tap the Share button (square with an arrow).
  3. 3Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  4. 4Open The Best Burger from your home screen.

Android

  1. 1Open our website in Chrome.
  2. 2Tap Install The Best Burger app in the News & specials box, or tap ⋮ → Install app.
  3. 3Tap Install.
  4. 4Open The Best Burger from your home screen.

4. Turn on notifications

  1. 1Scroll to News & specials on the menu page.
  2. 2Tap Get notifications, then Allow.
  3. 3iPhone: do this from the app on your home screen (step 3).
